International human rights law

This module introduces you to international law as it relates to human rights, and takes a critical look at emerging law and legal method. You will undertake an examination of methods and sources in international law.

The UN human rights system and regional systems will be examined. Specific rights will be viewed in some detail, and you will also explore emergent rights.
