Data analysis 1 & 2

An understanding of basic statistical reasoning is an essential requirement for an economist, as is the ability to manipulate data in general and specialised computer software.

This module aims to introduce you to statistical data analysis, and will provide you with training in the use of two types of software: a spreadsheet (excel) and more powerful statistical package (eviews).

Data analysis 1 prepares you for more advanced work in part 2.
