Company law

The module is designed to provide you with an understanding of company law and the main legal implications arising from the corporate structure.

As an integral part of this the changing nature of company law and other forms of business venture will be outlined, with particular regard to the three forms of partnership.

You will look at the main legal implications of the corporate and non‐corporate structures in a changing world.

Company law reform proposals in the context of the european union and the wider global economy will be examined. The module will provide you with opportunities to develop transferable analytical and reasoning skills.
