Politics at City: highly-ranked for student satisfaction and employability

City's International Politics degree is ranked within the top 20 in the UK (Times Good University Guide 2012), scoring particularly highly for student satisfaction and graduate employability.

Our academics are recognised for their expertise, enthusiasm and ability to explain the complex issues surrounding power, global transformation and economic, social and security challenges in the 21st century. In the 2011 National Student Survey, 97 per cent of students said the course was intellectually stimulating and 93 per cent said we made the subject interesting.

Students from 42 countries are currently taking an International Politics degree at City. Many further engage themselves in the subject through City's International Affairs and Politics societies, which run discussions, workshops, film screenings and social events.
