Facilities

The Department of International Politics is located within the landmark Social Sciences Building, opened in 2004.
The building's facilities include purpose-built computer rooms supported by a dedicated team, experimental labs (for Psychology students) and 15 classrooms.
The building serves as a social as well as an academic hub: in the atrium is the Social Sciences café, serving drinks, hot food and snacks - perfect for catching up with colleagues between lectures and classes.
Glass-fronted academic staff offices, bright and airy spaces, and occasional art exhibitions all contribute to a welcoming, attractive, modern teaching and learning environment for all International Politics students.
