Appraisal Scheme

Following consultation with various groups of staff and key stakeholders, the Staff Development Unit produced a new City Appraisal Scheme in July 2008. A post implementation review has lead to some changes to the scheme. These changes are outlined in the following presentation: May 2009 Amendments to City Appraisal Scheme.

The completion date for all appraisals is October 31st with all documentation required to be sent to Human Resources by the end of November.
