Overall oversight of research degree provision within the University is through the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education). The Academic Development Unit is responsible for the maintenance and development of the University's Framework for research degree provision. Schools, Departments, Centres and validated and partner institutions are responsible for managing day-to-day research degree activity.
