Organisational Psychology Group

Welcome to the Organisational Psychology Group (OPG) website. This site gives you information on who we are and what we do.

We are a team of Occupational Psychologists working on a range of areas. Our mission is:

"To pursue innovative research and applications of psychology in the 21st Century workplace to make a difference to individuals and organisations."

We are pleased to announce that the Organisational Psychology Group are collaborating with CASS Business School to form the Centre for Work Performance, directed by Professor Jo Silvester.  More news will follow soon.
