yReceipts is the most seamless way to link in-store transactions to shoppers and campaigns on any POS device. We now support more than 150 businesses around the world in issuing digital receipts and collecting live retail data where it matters.

Why did you decide to study at City, University of London?

My analytical nature had me check out some rankings, and it turned out that City was one of the best in computer science.

What was your favourite aspect of your course?

People. Staff and peers alike.

Can you tell me about your time at City?

Teamwork was a natural part of studying at City, which was an awesome experience and learning for me, as I tend to work by myself.

What was the highlight of your time at City?

The joy it gave me.

What happened after graduation?

I continued working for the company that recruited me through City a year before, and I'm still with them.

What was the main benefit of completing a course at City?

Getting a permanent job before graduating.

How did City prepare you for your chosen career path?

It encouraged me to think about my future and taught me to get things done through interesting assessments.

How would you describe your current working environment? What is it like working for yReceipts?

We're a small and lean team, who work on real stuff that is used worldwide every day.

What has been the biggest challenge with regards to your job?

Finding talent to grow the team. (Yes, we're hiring.)

What has been the most rewarding experience?

Getting my achievements recognised and appreciated.

Do you have any advice for anyone looking to follow in your footsteps?

Never give up because every dark cloud has a silver lining.
