Booking an Appointment
The Fight for Sight Optometry Clinic offers a wide range of clinical services including Eye examinations, Contact Lens fitting and the
provision of Spectacles.
We also operate specialist clinics including a Children's clinic, Binocular Vision clinic, Visual Impairment clinic, Colour Vision clinic and Specific Learning Difficulties and Dyslexia clinic.
We welcome members of the general public or referrals from Optometrists, Ophthalmologists or General Practitioners.
We also welcome contracts from businesses for DSE eye examinations and screening and the provision of safety glasses and eye protection.
During term time, the eye examinations are carried out by final year Optometry students under close supervision by an experienced member of staff. However, We can offer appointments with our specialists throughout the year.
Eye examinations are free on the NHS to those who are eligible and offered at a reduced rate for the student clinics. As a training institution, we are also able to offer specatcles and contact lenses at very competitive rates.
