Applying for a Scholarship

Applications are invited for the 2010 round of Olive Tree Scholarships – the call for applications opened on 11 January and will remain open until Friday 19 March 2010.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must be:

Israeli or Palestinian nationals, living in Israel, the West Bank or Gaza Strip;
aged between 20 and 27 years old;
accepted to study for an undergraduate degree offered by City University London – including having the necessary English language skills and qualifications.

All those wishing to apply for a scholarship under this programme should refer to the Guidance Notes below and:

1. Decide what degree course they wish to take at City University by visiting the list of courses at the website or by requesting a hard copy of the University prospectus from the British Council. Then submit an application to City University, as a non-UK student through the UCAS website. Although you need to complete your UCAS form online fully, please note that you do not need to wait for an offer from City University to proceed with submitting your scholarship form.

2. Fill out the scholarship application form, providing their UCAS number in the box provided, in accordance with the Guidance Notes, and submit as indicated there, by the deadline of 19 March 2010.
