Financial Times ranks Cass 11th in the world for its Masters degree in finance
Professor Paul Curran, Vice-Chancellor of City University London, said: "I am delighted by our position in the rankings which is a result of our commitment to academic excellence and our standing among the best business schools in the world."
Cass's MSc Programmes Director, Susan Roth, said: "This is fantastic starting point for the School but we strongly expect to improve significantly on our position due to the major changes made in our MSc programme over the last three years.
"These changes include the extensive development of our postgraduate careers service; the addition of several outstanding finance academics with a high-level of industry experience; a redesign of the course and the introduction of the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) as an entry requirement. We have also received partnership status from the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and attained the triple crown of accreditations for business schools (AMBA, EQUIS, AACSB)."
