All new students at City need to register for their course, and registration has two parts: online and in-person registration. Online registration must be completed before you arrive at City for in-person registration. For information about registration if you are a returning student please go to the re-registration pages.
Once we have received your firm acceptance of your place at City, we will email you with further information about the process of registration. Please ensure that you regularly check your emails and keep us informed of your most up to date email address. For more information please visit our registration pages.
During online registration you will be asked to confirm your course details, verify or update your personal and contact details, and pay your tuition fees. Please note that as part of the online registration process you will be required to pay at least 50% of your tuition fees and set up a payment method for your second instalment. In-person registration for academic year 2016/17
You must complete online registration before you attend an in-person registration session where your identity will be checked (official photo identity is required) and your City ID card issued. Your in-person registration session will be scheduled for a specific date and time by your School, and they will notify you when this is going to be.
It is important that you attend your scheduled session. This enables the Registration team to manage the flow of new students arriving each day throughout the registration period.
You will not be fully enrolled as a student at City, University of London until you have registered online and in person. Find out more on our registration pages.
