If something goes wrong
If you feel we have not met your expectations then we will want to know about it. If you have a complaint relating to Library Services, you should contact the Head Of User Services in the first instance.
A member of the Library Leadership Team will respond within 7 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response or suggested action to resolve your complaint, you should submit a Student Complaint Form. This can be found here along with full details of the University's complaints process.
