City, University of London welcomes applications to register for borrowing under the SCONUL Access scheme from users issued with a Band A, B or C SCONUL Access membership from their home institution.

You will be asked to show your home institution ID card and your email confirmation from your home library.  After completing our library registration form, we will arrange for your library borrower's card to be prepared for collection on your next visit.

SCONUL Access borrowers may borrow up to 5 items but will not be able to use our Short Loan collections or electronic resources.

SCONUL Access users may use our libraries during staffed opening hours.
