How to apply
Before making an official application, please contact the School directly to find out if we are able to support your proposed research. If your proposal satisfies our requirements, we will ask you to complete a formal application form. You will need to provide a copy of your CV and transcripts with your application. Entry Requirements
Each application is considered on its own merits and is reviewed fully by our academic staff. Applicants for all research degrees should normally have a minimum of a good honours degree in an appropriate subject, or equivalent qualification, and an appropriate Master's level qualification is desirable. You are expected to demonstrate a suitable aptitude and motivation to undertake a course of independent research.
