  • Our qualifying undergraduate law degrees are designed to give you an excellent foundation in all of the key areas of law. Each year around 130 students enrol on our LLB (Hons) and LLB Law & Property Valuation. All of our degrees provide you with a grounding in law whilst at the same time allowing you develop your own areas of special interest.

    We offer an intimate, friendly, and stimulating environment for you to study in. We encourage our students to take part in all areas of the law outside of everyday teaching. We run annual mooting competitions and offer you opportunities to volunteer to take part in Pro Bono work.

     

    All of our LLB degrees are recognised by the Law Society of England and Wales/Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Council/Bar Standards Board as satisfying the initial or academic stage of legal training. This means that once you complete you degree you can go on to either the Legal Practice Course (LPC) if you want to become a solicitor and the Bar Professional Training Course  (BPTC) if you want to embark on a career at the Bar.
