Simon Goulding BA, LLM, Barrister, Senior Lecturer in Law, Course Director - Graduate Entry LLB (Hons)
Simon is the City Solicitors’ Educational Trust lecturer in property law. He joined the Department in 2004. He previously taught at the Norwich Law School at the University of East Anglia. Simon is programme director of the Graduate entry LLB and teaches land law and law of landlord and tenant. He is also the Department’s e-learning champion developing teaching initiatives in this field. His research interests include company law, corporate governance and land law, especially Anglo-American Comparative Property Law.
