Overseas representatives

City, University of London works with a select number of overseas representatives or agents across the world to offer face-to-face assistance and counselling to prospective students. These counsellors can help you find the right institution and course and offer support and advice throughout the application process.

For students

City, University of London's International Officers work very closely with our overseas representatives to ensure that they give you the most up-to-date advice on everything from course information, application procedures to visa applications and scholarship information.

For many of our courses we pay a commission to these representatives should you apply through them and enrol at City. However, this in no way affects your chances of being accepted at City and we believe that applying through one of agents can be very helpful. Some overseas representatives may claim to be official representatives when they actually have no relationship with City. If you would like to find one of our agents or check whether an agent is contracted to City, please check the relevant country page or contact us.

Please also be aware that some representatives may charge students a counselling fee. We therefore advise prospective students to clarify all charges and service expectations in advance. However, you should not make payment for tuition fees or deposits to any agent. Tuition fees and deposits should be paid directly to City and instructions on this will be provided once we have made you an offer.

If you have any feedback, whether positive or negative, regarding our official representatives, please email us.

For agents and representatives

City, University of London works with a limited group of overseas representatives who have undertaken a rigorous selection process.

Please note that currently we are not seeking any additional representation in any markets around the world in which we already have a representative.

You may be interested in becoming a representative of our joint venture partner, INTO University Partnerships. As an INTO agent, you will also be able to recruit students for City and receive commission directly from INTO. More information on becoming an INTO representative can be found on the INTO representative page.
