City, University of London welcomes applications from German students. London is a great place for students from Germany to study as it is a global city with virtually every nationality represented in some way.
The International Team make frequent trips to attend fairs, visit schools and undertake one-to-one counselling with student and parents.

Entry requirements will vary from course to course and the information on this page is only intended to be a general guide. For individual course requirements, please refer to the course pages, or contact Emma Thomas.
Applicants from Germany will need to have obtained good grades in Abitur for entry to undergraduate courses at City.
Students who don’t meet the requirements for direct entry may have the option to undertake our International Foundation programme at INTO City, which then offers the opportunity for guaranteed entry into City’s bachelor programmes.
Applicants will need a good bachelor or Magister Artium for entry to postgraduate courses at City.
The MBA is a mid-career qualification which is not open to fresh graduates. Applicants must have a good first degree, a minimum of three years management level work experience and a GMAT score of 600 or above.
Undergraduate - IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 79 is required (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 100 for business and IELTS 7.0 for journalism and law courses)
Postgraduate - IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 100 is required (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 107 for business, journalism and law courses)
Undergraduate - Undergraduates who are EU citizens and have been resident in the EU for the last three years are eligible to receive a tuition fee loan from the Student Loans Company.
