The following is relevant to applicants with Indonesian qualifications. Entry requirements will vary from course to course, and all decisions on admission are made on an individual basis, so the following entry requirements are only a guide.
Entry to undergraduate programmes at City is suitable for students who have completed a recognised foundation programme. D2/D3 Diploma holders will be considered on a case by case basis.
Applicants with Sarjana (S1) with good grades will be considered for entry to postgraduate programmes on a case by case basis.
Applicants who do not meet requirements for direct entry may be eligible to enrol on a graduate diploma prior to the masters course.course

Undergraduate - IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 79 is required (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 100 for business and IELTS 7.0 for journalism and law courses)
Postgraduate - IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 100 is required (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 107 for business, journalism and law courses)
In some cases pre-sessional English is available to applicants holding offers conditional on English.

Indonesia - UK DIKTI Scholarship Programme
The Indonesia-UK DIKTI Scholarship Programme is open for lecturers at Indonesian universities and administrative staff at DIKTI and Indonesian state universities, to undertake postgraduate study at many leading universities and higher education institutions in the United Kingdom. The programme will fund up to 750 academics to come and study in the UK over the next five years. All academic subjects are eligible for funding under the DIKTI programme.
