Project description

The Vantage Phase 1 project applies the RESCUE process to acquire and capture operational concepts, user and system requirements for UK regional airports. Our role is three-fold:

• Training and supporting stakeholders to use the RESCUE process;

• Involvement in workshop and walkthrough facilitation activities;

• Checking consistency between deliverables throughout the project, and producing the final requirements document.
