Shiona joined the Centre in October 2012 after completing a Masters degree with distinction in Human-Centred Systems at City. Her dissertation focused on the evaluation of CroMAR, a mobile augmented reality application developed for the iPad, to support and enrich the processes of debriefing and reflective learning for emergency workers and crowd managers.
She is working as a Research Fellow on the EU funded project COLLAGE. The COLLAGE project will exploit new synergies between the social Web phenomenon, emerging Web analytics, collaboration and gaming technologies to energize and enable social creativity in learning.
