Aims & Objectives 

A deep insight into the evaluation of web portals, social networks, user online information needs, search behaviour and data mining - especially in the areas of infectious diseases and public health (e.g., NeLI, NRIC, IFH, e-Bug, WHO LabResources Portal, and WHO SAVE LIVES: Clean Your Hands campaign).

NeLI user information needs evaluation study

An evaluation of information needs of the NeLI users over the last decade, funded by the HPA, will provide a unique insight into the changing information needs of infectious disease professionals and their online navigation behaviour.
