LSVTTM (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) is an effective speech treatment for improving voice and speech in people with Parkinson's disease in the short and the long term (to find out more about LSVTTM, visit www.lsvt.org).  Roughly 89% of people with PD have speech disorder (Logemann et al, 1989). LSVTTM is an intensive voice treatment provided by students and staff af the Compass Centre, City University London. All students are supported and guided by a speech and language therapist who is trained and certified to deliver LSVTTM.
