Who's Who in the Clinical Placements Team

VACANT POSITION
Full-time placements administrator.

• Responds to initial student, tutor and clinical supervisor queries
• Processes all the information given by students and clinical supervisors
• Allocates placements according to the information supplied

  If the placements officer is not able to help they will advise you whom to contact.

ABIGAIL LEVIN & LUCY MYERS
Clinical Placements Co-ordinators (a total of three days per week for this responsibility alongside academic roles). Abigail & Lucy:

• Supervise the placements administration
• Deal with more complex placement queries & allocations referred on from the placements administrator
• Negotiate new placements
• Lead Clinical Supervisor training sessions

Director of Professional Education.
Mary:

• Manages the placements team
• Ensure that quality assurance procedures are in place
• Ensures that clinical teaching on the clinical programme
• Responds to the service needs
• Leads on strategic planning around placement generation
