Biography
BSc Economics, MSc Public Finance and Economic Analysis, MSc Economics, PhD Health Economics.Victoria has been working on technology diffusion in the health care sector. Her research is focused on the identification of the determinants of the uptake of new medicines and the diffusion of surgical procedures. In particular, she is examining the relationship between information and technology diffusion as well as the impact on diffusion of economic and organisational factors. In addition, Victoria has been working in topics related to the economic evaluation of new forms of health care provision and in the development of cost effectiveness modelling of particular health care interventions.
