5th PhD Meeting of The Royal Economic Society

The Department of Economics at City University London hosted the 5th PhD Meeting of the Royal Economic Society on January 16&17 2010. The conference attracted more than 150 scholars nearing completion of their PhDs in the UK, the United States and many continental European countries. 20 top ranked universities in the UK (Aberdeen, Birmingham, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Essex, Exeter, Lancaster, LSE, Oxford, Warwick, St. Andrews, Sussex) and continental Europe (Uppsala, Toulouse, Groningen) sent their academics to meet with the PhD scholars and attend their presentations.
