Self Management and Personal Effectiveness  Short Courses

Successful personal effectiveness relies upon self-esteem and self-management. This course will explore strategies and techniques to enhance self-esteem and improve results. You will overcome inner blocks and obstacles and change beliefs about what is possible, essential skills in achieving what you want in life. The course will be run as a workshop and be highly experiential. Each session will contain several interactive exercises in small groups (2 or 3) to enable you to begin developing key strategies and resources. In the course of these exercises you will be exchanging feedback with one another and receiving feedback/coaching from the tutors. This will be the principal way of both the tutors and the participants checking that the learning process is on track. Relevant peer and tutor feedback should be recorded, either in note form or on audiotape.
