Heather O’Connell has more than twenty-five years' experience in book publishing. After many years, and holding senior positions at both Harper Collins and Penguin, she now runs a consultancy working with self-publishers and traditional publishers alike. She also runs training courses for publishers and teaches a module on the UCL Publishing MA.
