Advanced Coaching for Business  Short Courses

The Advanced Coaching for Business short course offers an opportunity for student's to develop and refine their current coaching style and techniques. The course requires prior understanding and experience in coaching and assumes attendees have taken an introductory coaching course in the past. Consideration will be given to coaching in business as well as coaching as a business.

This course provides an excellent opportunity to further develop skills and techniques for business, coaching, facilitation, relationship development and team management. The course is an interactive course, where students learn by doing.  Coaching tools will be taught for use in everyday life, at work, and in a professional coaching setting. Students will receive constructive, positive feedback from peers and the tutor

Tutor Info

Fiona is an ICF accredited career and life coach, an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practioner and a qualified teacher (PTTLS). She has previously worked with the social enterprise Striding Out, providing professional coaching, training and networking support to entrepreneurs, career changers and young people at risk of becoming NEET.

As well as 1-2-1 coaching, she has built up an excellent track record running personal development workshops and accredited Institute of Management ( ILM) such as Mentoring For Young and Coaching in the Workplace with organisations such as London Youth, The Foyer Federation and RAPT. She is an associate coach with Future Foundations and Barnet EBP running leadership, careers and conflict resolution workshops in schools. She specialises coaching people in their 20's and 30's facing a "quarterlife crisis" to make more meaningful career choices.  In her spare time, she enjoys practising yoga and meditation to improve her mindfulness. 

Eligibility

Completion of Coaching for Business or equivalent.

English Requirements

Applicants of this Advanced Coaching Skills course must be proficient in written and spoken English.
