Advanced Coaching Skills  Short Courses

This Advanced Business Coaching Skills short course offers students an opportunity to develop and refine their coaching style and techniques. The course covers advanced coaching interventions, ethics, the establishment of coaching programmes and how to identify and work with individual differences.

Consideration is also given to individual learning styles and the 'learning cycle', and the ways psychometric and diagnostic tools facilitate learning within the coaching process. The Advanced Coaching Skills course provides an excellent opportunity to practice the newly-acquired skills and techniques, including requesting, challenging and creating structures designed to reach the client's objectives. Students will receive constructive, positive feedback from peers and the tutor.

Tutor Info

Quinn Simpson (CPCC, NLCP) is a certified Youth and Business Coach who coaches and trains people all over the world. She is currently working with Striding Out, where she is the Competitions Manager and a coach. As a youth coach, she works with 14-24 year olds to help them figure out what they want, set goals and achieve them. As a business coach, Quinn excels in the areas of leadership, strategy development, communication skills, project management and building relationships among business partners, teams and organisations. She delivers coaching to budding and established entrepreneurs, and delivers enterprise workshops within higher, further and secondary education.

Eligibility

Completion of Coaching for Business or equivalent.

English Requirements

Applicants of this Advanced Coaching Skills course must be proficient in written and spoken English.
