Eligibility

This course is suitable for practicing translators and linguists interested in property documentation.

Enrolment and refunds

The enrolment deadline is 2 weeks before the start of the course. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment.

Refunds will be given, minus a 15% administration charge, if written notification is received at least 14 days before the start of the course. No refunds will be given with less than 14 days written notice. See Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • Key principles of real estate law in England and Wales -  analysis of key documents in real estate law in England and Wales
  • Key principles and analysis of key documents in wills and probate in England and Wales - key principles and analysis of key documents in matrimonial property law in England and Wales
  • Key principles and analysis of key documents in real estate law, matrimonial property law and inheritance law, in France / Germany / Poland / Spain - key principles and analysis of key documents in matrimonial property law in France / Germany / Poland / Spain
  • Translation workshop in separate groups (English into one of French / German / Polish / Spanish, and one of French / German / Spanish into English)
