Eligibility

Professional/Academic Qualifications
  •  You must be a qualified nurse or midwife either in the UK or overseas.

Work/Clinical Placement Requirements

The module requires you to be:

  • Working in a suitable in a suitable practice area

English Requirements

For those students whose first language is not English one of the
following qualifications is also required:
  • IELTS: 7.0
  • TOEFL (internet-based): 110

What will I learn?

The module will enable you to:

  • Reflect upon the professional role of the ENT practitioner in developing the knowledge and skills required to provide proficient and holistic care for ENT patients and their families
  • Critically evaluate and reflect on the role of practitioners in specialist ENT and primary care settings.

Teaching methods include classroom and independent study.

Assessment
Assessment for the module consists of a protocol with supporting paper.
