The enrolment deadline is 2 weeks before the start of the course. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment.

- Take-overs, mergers and buy-outs in England and Wales - key documents
- Key principles of consumer law in France / Germany / Spain / Poland and devolution of managerial powers - take-overs, mergers and acquisitions - analysis of key documents: agency, franchise and licensing agreements, M&A documentation
- Translation workshops in separate groups (English into one of French / German / Spanish / Polish; and French / German / Spanish into English)
