What kind of jobs do you advertise?

All kinds from bar work to banking! Obviously, some areas of work are more popular than others, but we offer a wide variety so there should be something for everyone, whether it's a clerical role or a summer internship with an investment bank.

City CareersHub advertises full-time/part-time graduate vacancies, internships, placements, vacation work, casual work, work experience and temporary work.

Please note that occasionally City CareersHub advertise unpaid internship opportunities. Unpaid internships that require from the student to do primarily trivial tasks such as photocopying and filing, that are not directly related to their course and that do not give them direct exposure to an industry or job role will not be advertised. It is, however, the duty of any students who undertake unpaid placements to make sure that the actual day to day job duties are in accordance with the above and that they are gaining the experience and exposure they aimed for. If you think that an employer is breaching these conditions, please inform the Career and Skills Development Service so that we can investigate further.

City CareersHub will occasionally advertise freelance opportunities. It is solely the responsibility of the students undertaking such work to familiarise themselves with the relevant legislation that requires them to set themselves up as self-employed and handle their own tax/national insurance.
