Gary Argent

Director

Gary graduated with a BSc in Computer Science in 1991 and spent seventeen years working in the IT industry on a range of technical consultancy and project management roles.  In 2000 he moved into graduate induction and development, and then spent four years running Logica's graduate recruitment programme which recruited 200 graduates and placement students annually.  In 2008 he joined the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) as Business Operations Manager.  The AGR helps professionals across the industry to understand trends and best practice through research and training activities, and helps recruiters and universities to build closer links around best practice in graduate recruitment via a range of networking events.  Gary joined City University as Director of the Career and Skills Development Service in May 2011.
