Ensemble performance

In each year of the course all undergraduate music students participate in at least one of the departments ensembles. These currently include:

• City University Symphony Orchestra
  
• City University Chamber Choir
  
• African Dance and Drumming
  
• Balinese Gamelan
  
• Javanese Gamelan
  
• Latin-American Music Group
  
• Middle Eastern Ensemble
  
• Jazz Ensemble

Students in their second and third years are encouraged to form and/or direct ensembles themselves.
