Teacher Wellbeing Research

Researchers at City, University of London recruited teachers to participate in a new research project. The project was designed to assess teachers’ work demands and well-being on a weekly basis including working weeks and a half-term break (or other mid-term breaks).

The project was funded by a grant from the British Academy and was being led by Dr. Paul Flaxman and Ross McIntosh, members of the organisational psychology research team at City, University of London, while Shannon Horan managed the participants in the USA.

For those of you who participated in the research, you can download the Teacher Well-Being Research Project report here.

We are incredibly grateful for your participation and encourage you to keep in contact with us at teachers.wellbeing@city.ac.uk.

Best regards from the Teacher Well-being Research Team.
