Dr Sophie Harman was at the Global Poverty Summit in Johannesburg in January 2011 along with such figures as Nobel economics laureate Professor Joseph Stiglitz and Dr Supachai Panitchpakdi, secretary-general of the UN Conference on Trade and Development.
