Marcus Gilroy-Ware convenes the online journalism curriculum of the Masters in International Journalism at City University London, which is delivered in modules Journalism practice 1 and Journalism practice 2.

His current academic research is based on a critique of the ideas of 'cyberspace' and of 'content', and examines the political, economic and legal issues created at the intersection of the two in order to formulate a 'politics of content'.

A graduate of the School of Cognitive Science at Hampshire College in the United States, Marcus is also completing a Masters in Law (QLD) at Birkbeck, University of London.

He runs creative consultancy VSC Creative and is founder and creator of the innovative publishing system Smartest.
