Patrick Igulot is our alumni group coordinator for Uganda. Although based in London as a PhD Sociology student, he is happy to answer queries relating to studying at City or living/working in Uganda.
Before coming to City, Patrick spent 10 years working in The AIDS Support Organization (TASO), Uganda's first, largest and leading indigenous AIDS care national NGO that has cared for over 200,000 people living with HIV (PLHIV) since 1987.
Patrick is currently using a structural perspective to research on the feminization of the AIDS epidemic in Uganda. His interests are gender and development, health research, with a bias in HIV & AIDS, and qualitative research methodology.
