Cass Business School
Caroline Bull was an EMBA student from 1984-1986, when she was working in financial services in London. Within a year of gaining her MBA she became Operations Director of an international media company, then went on to work in economic development in the public sector, becoming Commercial Director of a Training & Enterprise Council, Managing Director of a Business Link and Director of Enterprise and Innovation for a Regional Development Agency, before her last employed role as Chief Executive of Oxford City Council.
Caroline has now set up her own consultancy on the Isle of Man with a focus on economic, business and leadership development and has rapidly built a diverse portfolio of ongoing private and public sector contracts. A new resident on the Isle of Man, Caroline is interested in building networks there. She is keen to draw in any Cass or City alumni and to maintain professional and social links. She would also like to help promote Cass Business School on the island through links with schools.
