There are many reasons to consider postgraduate study. Whether you are looking to broaden your employment options, advance in your chosen careers or prepare for further study, a postgraduate degree from City, University of London will challenge, inspire and open doors.
All of our graduates who have successfully completed an undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree or a period of study as a Study Abroad Student or Erasmus+ exchange student at City, University of London and who now wish to progress to a different postgraduate taught or postgraduate research degree at City are eligible for our Graduate Loyalty Discount on their tuition fees.
Our Graduate Loyalty Discount is an institution-wide initiative that extends across all Schools, and offers graduates a discount on fees of 10% when applying for one of over 150 postgraduate taught courses. If you are applying for a postgraduate research degree, you will benefit from a discount of 10% on the full cost of your tuition fees.
In order to apply for the Graduate Loyalty Discount you will need to be accepted on to your intended course of study and to meet all the normal academic admissions criteria for the relevant course at City, University of London.
From September 2017, The City Law School, the School of Arts & Social Sciences, the School of Health Sciences and the School of Mathematics, Computer Science & Engineering will offer the Graduate Loyalty Discount in addition to any scholarship students may benefit from. For the Cass Business School, we regret that this scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other sponsorship, scholarship or bursary scheme or by students financed by their employer.
The discount can only be applied to tuition fees and cannot be used to cover any other course-related expenses (e.g. residential costs, materials or membership fees).
Please note: the discount does not apply to students who have completed any of our short courses.
How to claim your discount
If you wish to claim the discount on tuition fees you will be required to inform the Admissions Office on application that you are a City graduate. No additional documentation should be required since we will already have a record of any previous courses you have studied here. Your invoice for fees will then be reduced by the appropriate amount, should you be accepted onto the course and successfully enrol once the course begins.
