Assessment & Award

Assessment is integral to the University's commitment to uphold the academic quality and standards of awards made to students in its name. Candidates are normally required to present themselves for a viva voce examination on the subject of their thesis in accordance with the University's Framework for Research Degree provision. Successful candidates are invited to attend the relevant graduation ceremony of the University. Students registered on validated research programmes will graduate at the ceremony provided by the institution at which they studied.
