A student has the right to make a complaint regarding an aspect of his/her experience. The University's Complaints Policy and Regulations sets out the context of this process.
The University sets out expected values and behaviours of students in City and You and in its Codes of Conduct. The Student Disciplinary Policy and Regulations sets out the context in which a disciplinary process may be invoked.
