City University London actively seeks to promote Sustainability and Equality in all aspects of its purchasing activity so welcomes interest from potential vendors from all sectors of society and business.
Vendors should note that all expressions of interest should be made on a completed Vendor Questionnaire and accompanied by a statement detailing your organisation's capabilities in fulfilling the projected contract.

Prospectus Printing
Printing and related services. The City University (known as City University London) seeks Expressions of Interest for printing for an initial period of three years from the summer of 2012 (with potential for extensions) to print its Undergraduate prospectus (2013 entry onward) and Postgraduate prospectus (2013 entry onwards).
At present, the University produces:
- 60,000 copies of the Undergraduate Prospectus (224 + 4pp cover; page size 240mm x 170mm); and
- 6,000 copies of the Postgraduate Prospectus (320+ 4pp cover; A5 portrait) either by hi-speed litho or web offset.
The successful firm may be considered for other similar work.

Gymnasium fit-out
The City University (known as City University London) seeks expressions of interest for the fit-out of a new health and fitness facility comprising: fitness equipment (cardio-vascular, resistance and plate-loaded), AV and specialist flooring.
It is planned that the new facility will open in early summer 2014.
